There's Not Enough Meat on Sticks.....

 





Though I believe the Japanese have perfected it. This little treat I ate while watching some acrobats in Chuo Park during the Nagasaki Lantern Festival. It had the texture of cooked eggs but tasted like a combination of pork, chicken and shrimp (it might of been all three). Never the less it was good and it kept me eyballing the vendor where we got it the whole show and if it weren't for dinner later I probably would of gotten another one.
