In Your Honor

The toughest year has now come full circle. And what a lonely year it was.



Monday night we had a softball game against one of the ships. A recent basketball injury has made it a little painful for me to swing from the traditional right side of the plate so the last couple of games I have been hitting from the left side. Tonight the back was feeling good from a good workout I had the night prior, so after the first two hits from the left side (both doubles) I changed it up and decided to hit right handed like I grew up doing. The first pitch I sent sailing over the center field fence for my first homerun on the big field (275 ft). Another hit from the same side and a couple nice plays in the outfield rallied our team over this team whom we have been struggling against.
